Each talisman is hand-inscribed and consecrated specifically for you through authentic Taoist rituals. Due to the sacred and personalized nature of our talismans, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

• Product not received within 30 days of order confirmation
• Product damaged during shipping (photographic evidence required)
• Incorrect product received
• Product significantly different from description

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Talismans that have been activated or used
• Custom-made or personalized talismans (unless defective)
• Digital products or consultations after delivery
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
